July 4th Parade

Practically the entire Club is necessary for this event, which is the most visible service project of the year. Rotarians are needed for registering the floats, assisting with line-up, working traffic safety positions, selecting and taking care of the Parade Grand Marshall, and writing articles for the newspaper. The Co-Chairs of this event need to be detail oriented and the have the ability to work with a number of public agencies to make all the arrangements in a timely manner. This project works like well-oiled machine, but needs two good Co-Chairs to follow the process that has proved successful over the years.
